Delete Your Account
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including generated videos, will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Havira account and all associated data directly from within the app. Follow these steps:
Open the Havira App
Launch the Havira app on your device.
Go to Your Profile
Navigate to the Profile tab in the app.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.
Re-authenticate If Needed
For security purposes, you may be asked to log in again to confirm your identity before proceeding.
Confirm Deletion
Tap Delete to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and authentication data
- All generated videos and thumbnails
- All reference images you uploaded
- Your video generation history and prompts
- Your credit balance and transaction history
- Your consent preferences
- Device tokens, associated device identifiers, and push notification settings
Note: Certain anonymized records (such as payment transaction data and security audit logs) may be retained as required by law. These records will no longer be linked to your identity. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
