How do I create my first video?

Open the app, pick a theme that catches your eye, add a photo or describe your idea, then tap Create. Tokens are only spent when generation actually starts.

What if my video doesn't look right?

You can tweak the prompt, swap themes, or try a different model. If a generation fails, the tokens are automatically refunded to your balance.

Is my photo safe?

Yes. When you upload a photo, it is stored securely in Havira's cloud, sent through a content safety check, and then passed to the AI model that creates your video. The photo stays linked to that request so you can use it again or export it. When you delete the video or your account, the photo is permanently deleted too. We never use your photos to train any AI model. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Why does Havira check my photo?

To keep the community safe. Before your photo reaches the video model, it goes through an automated content safety check that looks for things we don't allow on Havira. If a photo is flagged, you'll see a friendly message and can try a different one. The check is automated. No human reviews your photo.

How long do you keep my data?

As long as you keep your account. Photos and videos stay linked to your account so you can revisit them anytime. If you delete a single video, that video and its photo are removed right away. If you choose Delete my data, all your videos and photos are removed. If you delete your account, everything goes with it. Some payment and consent records are kept in anonymous form for up to 7 years where the law requires.

How do I download my data?

Go to Settings, then Account, then tap Export my data in the app. We'll email you a download link with your videos, photos, and account information in a machine-readable format. The link works for a limited time for your security. This is your right under GDPR and we don't charge for it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Canceling keeps the tokens you've already received.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for token packs and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple and Google. For App Store purchases, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data right from the app. See Delete Your Account for step-by-step instructions.
